Tyler Honeycutt - Executive Chef

Tyler Honeycutt, a 17 year culinary industry veteran, is executive chef of Oak Steakhouse. Originally from Asheville, N.C., Honeycutt began his career as a dishwasher and spent time as a server and bartender before working his way up through the kitchen. As a chef, he has previously worked at 5Church in Charlotte and Charleston as well as The Obstinate Daughter on Sullivan’s Island. Most recently, Honeycutt oversaw the pasta production at Indaco Charleston. At Oak, Honeycutt enjoys working with local purveyors and sourcing ingredients from around the NC region.
